Default PC for 10K

I want a PC with only the chassis, as I already have a monitor and other peripherals. I have set aside a sum of 10K for it. I'm interested in gaming(not graphics-heavy), programming, want to use it as a media centre. Please provide a config. It will be better if its AMD-based.

What do you mean by "only the chassis"? Do you mean processor, motherboard and RAM only? Or does it have to include a hard disk, cabinet and optical drive?

I meant everything that goes inside a chassis, which includes: HDD, RAM, Optical Drive, Motherboard and Processor.

@Rohit:

Get DOm1naTOr's configuration with the following price updates:

Biostar 780G is around 3.3K
Then 2GB Transcend DDR2 800MHz RAM for 1K
HDD - same price
DVD Drive - 1.1K

^^If you bargain properly in SP Road.

And yeah, Instead of X2 5200+ try getting Athlon II X2 250 for 4.4K or Phenom II X2 550 for 5.5K. You may have to add 1K or 2K to budget, but these are seriously VFM upgrades you wouldn't regret after an year.

wow biostar 780g mobo for 3.3 is a gr8 deal.
and yes, AII 250 or PII 550 wud be real improvement over older X2.
There is another choice, though not much better than 5200+. Its the X2 7750 BE for 3.3k, which has got L3 cache like the phenoms unlike X2 5200+.

Well, X2 7750BE is a bad CPU by nature. Horrible at overclocking, for the slight performance boost it consumes 30W more power (65W of A2X2 250 and AX2 5200 vs 95W for itself).

Spending 1K more for a better future proof CPU seems worth it.
