pinnacle cards are usually good for TV tuners. I have myself a pixel view card. with tv tuners one of the major thing to worry about is video capture.

I have PixelView Play TV Pro 3 internal tv tuner card, and I m quite satisfied with it. It also has FM radio. And all normal features like timeshift, recording, snapshot, etc.
