need help with ups

hi,
need to buy ups 650va which is not too costly.there are so many brands now in market apc,microtek,iball,powercom,numeric,mercury,intex and so many but which is the best value for money and good performer.
i know apc is the best but costly also apc battery replacement is also costly so which is the 2nd best in terms of price and performance.
