also do u have any particular reqs for the mobo.
Asus P5QL-E is under 7K which based on P43 chipset.
same is Asus P5QL Pro

Yeah you do have alternatives. Like AMD Phenom II X4 810 and 940 @ 9K and 10.4K respectively.

The q8200 seems to be the best within 8k.......

Well then go for it! Would have been better if you chose Q9650! Although it would have stretched your budget by a long shot!
