Call of duty 4 freezes in game

I have a big problem with call of duty 4 multiplayer , i cant play more than 5 minutes in multiplayer as the game freezes and hangs so i have no option other than to restart the pc , but i can still hear the voices .

i figured that the problem is with my hardware

from the event logs i could find these errors.

Here is my pc configuration :

Cpu : core 2 duo E4500
Motherboard : lenovo made
Graphics Card : Palit 9800GT 1GB
HDD : Hitachi deskstar 250 GB

can somebody point out the problem .
