Default 19" monitor

I need to buy a monitor for my pc. I'll be working heavily with adobe flash and photoshop so i need the best image quality i can get.
The budget is a max of 8k.
I know that crt offers the best image quality but they are a dying breed and its very difficult to get my hands on them.
What widescreen lcds do you suggest in the budget? A lot of my friends are recommending samsung.

Dell or samsung, which is better? I've heard very conflicting views about them.

Can't. Budget is only 8k. I'll take the samsung then. Though i'll still keep an eye open for a proper crt.
Thanks.

@ r4gs

U can go for LG 19" which is good for photoshop purpose as well as gaming , Dont opt for Benq T2200 HD its HD resolution dont support many pictures this high resolution 1900 X 1200 is used for photoshop [ 1920 X 1080 , 1366 X 768 , 1280 X 780 are HD resolution for media purpose ]
