Default bluetooth mouse


i recently purchased a dell studio 14 laptop and a bluetooth mouse with it. but the mouse has a problem that it has to be re-installed every time it is turned off and then on again.
how can it be solved. i have tried many times using a passkey and without it. the problem remains

Strange, mine works fine and even works in DOS and other Windows once synced.

Maybe calling Dell will help
