Default how to upgrade processor of my laptop???


guys,
i have HP pavillion DV6114TX it is 4yrs old with following config....
intel core duo processor 1.66Ghz
1GB DDR2 RAM
80 GB HDD
Nvidia graphic card 256MB RAM
15.4" wide screen LCD display...

i want to know can i upgrade my processor, if yes what is the max speed to which it can be...???
if i can upgrade the processor then only i will upgrade the RAM and HDD

i am attaching a screen shot of CPU-z for all the processor and motherboard specs...
please help me guys....

that is one thing that you cannot do for laptop. YOu check with HP support once if they can upgrade the CPU but that would cost a bomb (if there is any possibility).

You can do it, but only for certain laptops. Check with HP if your laptop supports CPU upgrades. If it does, you can do it yourself since your warranty has expired.

Even if the laptop does support the upgrade, you will have a hard time finding a CPU with the correct socket and TDP since your laptop chipset is 4 years old.
