Upgrading my desktop. Suggestions pls.

Hey everybody,
I'm gonna upgrade my desktop in 2 days. My upgrade is gotta be under 15k. I've browsed through a lot of threads in this forum & my preferred config has come down to this..

AMD ATHLON X2 7750+ BE
Sapphire ATI Radeon 4770 512MB
4GB DDR2 ram
Considered 500GB HDD Seagate. But it seems it has got many issues. Any other?
Not sure about the mobo. I've checked with few & those came with onboard graphics which i don't need coz i'm buying one. Right now, I've got Gigabyte MA78GM-US2H on my mind.
And do i need a new PSU?

Btw, i've thought of buying Samsung 2233sw monitor a little later. But i want this one to be under 15k.

Oh.. i forgot 2 mention this.
I'm gonna sell my AMD Athlon64 3000+ procy & ASUS A8V-MX mobo.
Also, my 1.25GB DDR ram & 128MB Nvidia FX 5200 graphic card.
Any guess as how much they would fetch me? I'm assuming 2 - 2.5k

I understand that my required config do not fit under 15k. So i'm gonna add this to it.
Hence, my revised budget would be: 15k + how much ever i fetch from the above mentioned one's..

Hoping for a quick reply coz i'm gonna go for the buy tomorrow.

They will cost you around 20K plus Samsung 2233sw for 10.5K going to get even cheaper in couple of months and yes you should buy a good PSU for your PC corsair CX 400w @3K suits you best. Buy WD 500/640GB blue power series HDD with no issues what so ever.
