Do your monitor supports any above resolutions ? Consult the manual.

Say your tuner & monitor both supports 1280*1024.
. Set the tuner resolution mode to 1280*1024. Now the monitor should automatically pick the resolution of the tuner.

If it's not picking that up then the refresh rate the the tuner is passing to the monitor is much high or low. Check to see if you tune the refresh setting of the tv tuerr.

Did you checked the monitor with pc ?
& check the tv tuner with other monitor & see if it works ?

what about the frequency of the pixelview tv, you may need to change to correctly sync the monitor.

You should get a replacement unit. Just go to the dealer & see what he says. Wish you all the best.

BTW, some companies just plays bullshit in here in the name of replacement of faulty unit. I had very bad experience with asus DVD RW. I The service center guys replaced it twice with same model but old unit for my new DVD RW. But at the last time I got another old model old unit & it's giving me probs now.
