Default onboard sound is faint

i have just bought ASUS M3A78-EM having ALC1200.i have installed all the drivers.but sound i very low as compared to my previous CMEDIA onboard solution.even if i cranked my speaker (5.1) to full volume, sound is very low.i have full volume in sound settings.
sometimes some speaker doen't work.and when i change output sampling freuency to 197khz. ,all the speaker mismatched their position ,like when i play sub-woofer,front left plays.something like that.can anyone tell me how to get good sound (just analog, don't need digital audio) from my speaker.

1. i have reinstalled many times and have the latest drivers
2. i have XP SP2
3.i am talking the same of realtek 5.1 test. sound is very low

i have other questions like:-
1.what is the ideal setting in bios for
onboard HD controller
Display Port
Front Audio-SPDIF/HDMI
AMD HDMI audio
i just want to use analog speakers.
2.another problem is arising that, realtek HD audio control panel icon goes missing on restart
and there is no sound (no audio device).i have to reinstall audio drivers on every restart but device manager shows that realtek drivers is installed.

Could you check under the "services" if the Realtek panel is loading up....meaning..Realtek is starting..???...It could be set to manual..make it automatic..!
