is Asus P5QL-EM a good mobo

hi
i was just upgrading my system and i play games a lot mostly high-end ones.i want to know is asus P5QL-Em (G43) is a good motherboard for 3.5k.i haven't find any reviews on this board.can any one have this one.
For gfx card , is HD 4770 better option than 9800gt ? As forum suggetion goes to HD 4770 .my budget for the card is 8k.
For the PSU i haven't find a suitable one in my city ,they are all cheap one.can someone tell me ,how much power do i need and what should be the current rating on PSu? can i install cheap one with suitable current rating?

no one answering ,it seems like no one owns this mobo.i have to look in other forums.
