I need a tv tuner card. which type to buy? PCI TV Tuner card OR USB Tv Tuner card?
my max budget will be 2k. Is it possible to watch tv in my pc while downloading at the same time?

what do you want to download, TV tuner and downloading from net are different appliation so yes you can do both at the same time. Also you can record TV programs too at the same time.

go for the usb tv tuner card...i'd suggest the pixelview playtv....and yes you can download simultaneously
