UMAX 550 W SMPS is not enough for my system ?

Hi guys,
I am actually a bit confused.And i need any advice soon.
config as below

Intel Q6600
ASUS P5W DH DELUXE
XFX Nvidia 7600 GT
Corsair 2Gb x 4 DDR2 800Mhz
Seagate 250GB SATA2
Seagate 200GB SATA2
SAMSUNG DVD RW
SAMSUNG CD RW
SAMSUNG 20' LCD Moniter
UMax SMPS 550 w

My system is going well when i am using intel E6600. Recently i replaced E6600 to Q6600. My operating system( vista 64 bit) is hanging frequently. When i unpluged 200GB SATA2, DVD RW, CD RW it's going well. What is the problem with my system i didn't understand what to do UMAX 550 W SMPS is not enough for my system ? OR ???????

I think u should change it to 600 w smps u can look @ zebronics 600 w @ 2800 + ......'
