suggest a mobo for Core 2 Duo E8400

please suggest a good mobo for Core 2 Duo 3.0 GHz E8400
i was looking for some thing with firewire , e-sata port and igp.would be good if had hdmi also. my budget is 6k or below (i can stretch it to 7k if ther is none)
edit: ddr3 support would also be great if it comes in that budget
