Dell S2209W Buy or not!

simple question: Dell S2209W (9.5k) or Samsung 2233SW?

Dealers will always say something or the other to get rid of their stocks. Samsung 2233sw costs 10k odd. Could you ask what is the warranty period for dell because Dell gives either with 3 years or 5 years as an extended warranty for their screens. Its best if you check the screen before giving the money to him so that you will get the screen without any dead pixels. Just turn on the screen and make sure the background colour is black. Concentrate and see if you can locate any dead pixel. When the background is black, a dead pixel will usually be in another colour.

Yes Dell S2209W is a full HD LCD. 1920 X 1080.

And for that samsung LCD, 11.25k is a high price, inquire in some more shops.

I think Dell S2209W for 9.5k is a good deal, but beware. Its height is not adjustable.
