You can check the prices at online shops like http://www.theitwares.com. If you live in a large city, you will probably be able to get them from local shops at somewhat below those online prices.

forget about 17". difference between 17" and 19" is 300 to 500 bucks.

My pick would be Dell 1909W for 7.5k-8k (order online)
next option is Samsung 2033 for same price

go for a 22 inch samsung man,the price difference aint much and the thing is darn cute lol
