Clean the vents on the power supply and the thermal paste between the heatsink and processor. Best if you clean it and put a new one. First get the power supply checked by a technician and see if the capacitors are leaking out or not. Get an isopropyl alcohol with above 90% alcohol content, lint free cloth and tuniq tx-2 thermal paste which costs around 150 bucks. Clean the thermal paste from the heatsink using isopropyl alcohol and the cloth. Put a small pea type application of tx-2 on the middle of the processor and install the heatsink.
