bios flashing

hello friends i want to updated my bios. please tell me how to do it without any rixk.

my pc config. are today 12.4.2009 i have bought a new processor core 2 duo 2.80 E7400 and 2 GB ram 1 stick, A graphic card 1GB MSI 9400 GT and i have a wire with the graphic card but i don't know where to put it. and whenever i start my pc from its power butten then it takes atleast 3min after it show the display like p5gcmx/1333 and so on.

and my motherboard is in warrenty.

You dont do it properly, your motherboard is one expensive paperweight. I have no wire you are talking about. Use the proper terminologies please.
As for bios flashing, read the motherboard's manual and follow the instructions.

just download asus eazyflash from their site.The under donwloads search for new bios.
then first launch eazyflash and backup current one, then apply new one by browsing it. Then restart and system is gud togo.
