Default New Motherboard for overclockin on budget

hi guys.,
need recommendations in buying a new motherboard, .. budget catagory ,, thinking about coupling it with E5200 and probably a 8600GT or 9600GT. was looking in 3000-3500 rupees range. have looked at Gigabytes P31 mobo GA-P31-ES3G .. he quoted rs 3900 for this which i think is on a higher side.. he also said asus motherboards are more easily available tho..
so any recommendations for a motherboard in this range.. wud be overclocking .. so please lemme know if there are issues with the mobo you suggest in overclocking .. i.e. if it hits the wall too soon in FSB or .. with memory dividers or with PCI x bus locks. thanks..

p45 based are very good for oC(1600 FSB). Even P35 are good(1333 FSB).
G33 I cant comment.

U will have to spend another 1k for p35 and 1.5~2 to P45

Consider G43(1600 FSB) 5k

i was under the impression that bcos E5200 was a 800mhz processor .. it shud be leave me enuf headroom since all the motherboards in these series do support upto 1333 mhz . ?
that is if thats the logic to go with.
