May be there is a problem with the gateway. To check if it is fine do this

type following Command prompt or Run dialog box

ping <gateway_ip> -t
for example: ping 10.22.215.1 -t

Check the response for at least five minutes.
If it is getting "Time Out" error then there is a problem with the connection.

the problem may be is with your TCP/IP limit........

In google, search "EvID4226Patch223d-en" and download it
Set the TCP value between 1 and 10 and check.....

You can also try TCP Optimezer and select the appropriate settings and check

Download it here www.softpedia.com/progDownload/TCP-Optimizer-Download-13752.html

And if this doesn't work, your service provider may me blocking the pings through your connection............
