Default Best VFM mobo for Intel C2D E7300/7400??

Hi Friends,

I have an old AMD Sempron 2500 system with MSI K8MVV Mobo. I can't run beryl in Ubuntu, forget Vista.
I am into .net, casual gaming, photoshop, ripping/converting videos.

I am thinking of getting an Intel solution this time. I need to upgrade mobo+proccy+ram+cabinet

Processor: E7300/7400
Mobo: No idea (need a cheap VFM mobo supporting mild OCing. Integrated graphics will do at the momemnt. Will buy graphics card after the warranty period of mobo expires.)
RAM: 1 GB x 2 Transcend
Cabinet: any cabby with 400w PSU. Is that okay, considering I will not be doing extreme OCing?

Budget for all the 4 components should not exceed 11-12Ks.

PS:
Athlon 64 X2 7750+ Black Edition: 3.5k
Gigabyte GA-MA78GM-S2HP : 4.5k
Transcend 2x2GHz DDR2 800: 2.5k

It it a good option for me??

Thanks in advance.

go for AMD rig as it's onboard graphics chipsets are much better than Intel counterparts.
