Default Max Temperature of E6750?

Friends,

E6750, Zebronics 400w PSU, GFX card Palit 8600GT Super 512mb ddr3., MSI P35 Neo Motherboard. (Till Now 2GB 633Mhz Ram) Ram 4 GB Kingston 800Mhz.

This is my config. Few days back I check the bios and found that the temperature of my Processor is around 80-90 degree centigrate.

Is it normal for that processor or is it too hot to use. Can it damage other parts also.

And how can I determine the true temperature of my Processer and Graphic Card.

Thanks.

on full load the max the proccy should go up is 70-80C
so definitely yours is OVERHEATING!!!!

your HS might not be placed properly or the is no thermal paste applied.....

try Coretemp,Speedfan,Realtemp to check the temps.
