Suggest a motherboard 4 phenom 2 940 black edition.

Hi, I am willing 2 upgrade my pc. I have chosen phenom 2 940 b.e for its superb performance as it beats intel core i7 processors. But I could not figure out a good Mobo 4 this cpu. I have selected asus m3n 78 Em but r there any other Mobo for this cpu.my budget is btw 4k - 5k. Thankz

my suggestion is to go for a 790GX chipset based motherboard to utilize the overclocking power of new Phenom II
Go for a Biostar TA790GX based motherboard
It is having
1. AM3 ready
2. 4 DDR2 1066 Mhz slot (upto 16 GB max)
3. ATI 3300 onboard Graphics with 128MB DDR3 sideport memory(this memory is integrated in M/B.u dont need to share it from ur Ram)
4. 2 PCIX X16 slot in crossfire

6.1 IDE port
7. 10 USB
8. 8 channel HD audio
9. HDMI output
Price is just 5200k
it is the best board in this price range n u could save some money for ur Graphic card.

780G is also a good chipset. But u can't utilize the advance overclock features of new phenom here.

Thank u 4 ur suggestion but is biostar can b trusted bcoz my friend has a biostar mobo 4 his intel c2d cpu but he faced a lot of probs within 2months so how much it is trusted and what about asus m3n 78 EM. Will it b able to overclock this cpu or suggest me some asus mobo in 790g chipset mobo,and I was thinking xfx gts 250 or 9800 gtx + gpu with this so which one will b good...thankz

2 of my friends r using that board and both the boards r working fine.
They even overclock the Phenom II to 3.5 GHz without any cooler and the board is offering Rock Solid performance. Secondly as per the Chandni shops, biostar's service is very good. So if there r some problem, u can get very quick solution,
