My motherboard Temp is 75-76 C

Hello all
I have Intel DG31 PR ,its 5-6 months old .mine mobo temp is 75-76 C normally n CPU temp is 43-46 C
why is that ?? is it normal !! i have open the cabinet for better airflow !! what else to do
i have dual core E2140 1.6 Ghz
i have 9400 GT 1 GB Palit Graphics card
2 Gb 667 Ram

maybe wrong reading,try any other Temp reader like Real Temp,Speed fan and post back.

Speed fan - all right !! nice

i check with all of them and even in BIOS also the temp was 70-76 C
i check with speed fan and real temp and CPUCooL and HWMonitor
and now at this time its 78 C
MY CPU E2140 mobo Intel DG 31PR with 2*667 DDR2 GPU 9400 GT palit
