Keyboard + Mouse within Rs. 3k budget?

I'm buying wireless Keyboard + Mouse with complete Rs. 3k budget. The keyboard must be convertable to dvorak.
Also, I'd like to ask if we can buy dvorak keyboards directly.

Please suggest.

sorry not putting my head right now by what you mean convertable to dvorak, as do not wanna check google right now.
But a quick suggestion
Microsoft 200 curve keyboard + logitech MX518 mouse
total will come around 2.4K, MX518 being cheapest of good quailty lazer mouse.

So you can get better lazer mouse also.
Will try to suggest a combo for complete 3K budget.
