i can only say that, that info abt RAM of DDR3 is absolutely wrong, maybe a typing mistake by the original poster..

Would recommend to stretch the budget and get cm 460w. Since you cant, better off getting VIP silver 500w (bluish casing- fsp OEM). The catch is- not all vip silver are fsp OEM. So you will have to search for the ones which says (with psu) or comes in a bluish casing- unless vip has changed their rebranding strategy.
