upgrading pc .need ur help

i m having p4 2.0 ghz ,240 gb hdd ide ,1 gb ram,mobo gigabyte 8ld533,samsung cd rw..

and i want to upgrade to -

amd - x2 7750 be

corsair ram 1*2gb ram,

Biostar 780G + SB 700

psu coolermaster 460w

hdd 240 gb..

will this be a good rig to play games like crysis?

my budget 10,000 rs+selling old items+-2k..

As nothing is future proof so will u still recommend GA-MA78GM-S2HP mobo ??

yes i m selling my old items..but not for 2k..i haven't yet calculated thr selling price... lets see what i can get .. .

hey guys i purchased a (totally upgraded) new desktop about 5 months ago, but my pc turned out to be kind a disaster one!!!!!
i'm using vista 32 whenever it log in it takes about 10 minutes to load all the process.
If i run any application or game like DOOM 3 before all the process finishes it performs much worse than a celeron processor!!!!!!!! >_< !

i certainly don't know what went wrong???? so much for an 47k desktop

These were my specifications :

Intel quad core Q6600 2.40 Ghz processor : 12,000

Intel motherboard DG33FB classic series : 6500

Samsung 19" LCD 943 NWX monitor : 11,500

Transcend 4GB RAM : 2700 (i guess!)

Logitech multimedia keyboard and mouse : (forgot) 1000 i guess!

Zebronics speakers 2:1 woofer : 2000

Numeric 600 VA UPS : 2000

NVIDIA 8600GT 512MB DDR2 : 5600

What else did i forget....?

oh Yeah..!!!! VAT : 12%

was not a happy buy at all!!!

MAN ! I COULD HAVE BOUGHT A NEW BIKE.....!!!!!!

any suggestions anyone...???????
