Did you try putting on the first and the third DIMM slot? See if the the new bios updates of your motherboard can support upto 800mhz.

Its absolutely O.K.

The RAM is running at 667MHz, since its DDR2 the effective bandwidth is twice the value shown by CPU-Z(333MHz*2=667MHz), max bandwidth is 400MHz*2=800 MHz. But your mobo supports 667MHz max, so you can't get 800MHz(400MHz*2) out of it, no need to change RAM.

To get dual channel mode you need two RAM modules inserted in the two RAM slots, the RAMs must be identical to get good performance.

DDR=Double Data Rate.
PC2 6400(400MHz) that means double it 2*400mhz=800mhz

you are using ONLY 1 RAM right?then Channel#Single is correct.
when you use 2 ram modules in the alternative slots it activates DUAL CHANNEL.

and your RAMs are working in 800mhz

No, they are working in 667MHz, take a look at the 1st screenshot, it reads the current timings, the second screenshot reads all the available timings.
