Well, i can understand wat portable means, u can go for
the HP DV4 1242TX (at Rs.58K) and HP DV4 1240 TX (at Rs.52K)
THe HP DV4 1242 TX and 1240 TX hv the following same configurations:
Quote:
Processor- C2d 2.0Ghz
RAM- 4GB (in 1242tx) and 3GB (in 1240tx)
HDD:320GB
GPU: 512 MB dedicated nVIDIA 9200M GS
Headphone jack: 2 (supporting dual headphone, same as in DELL's lappys)
|
=================
But, i Do not understand wat u mean by..
Well, in tat case, get him a Pentium-2

in that budget as quoted to get one which no one has "impossible"
maybe buying an alienware laptop will be more exclusive in India than a mac or others...

Re: DELL Studio Hybrid OR Sony VAIO Pocket P
OLPC: One Laptop Per Child.
Sony Vaio P costs a bomb and it's price will surely come down. Check out MSI's Dell's and HP's Netbooks if you want those tiny devices.

Re: DELL Studio Hybrid OR Sony VAIO Pocket P
Sony Vaio P is not worth 70k. Get the Dell Studio XPS 13 if you can do with less portability. Or get a sub 25k netbook if you want portability.

Re: DELL Studio Hybrid OR Sony VAIO Pocket P
even 47k is too much for a netbook. Anything about 18k is not at all worth.
Don't forget that netbooks have really really slow processor

Re: DELL Studio Hybrid OR Sony VAIO Pocket P
Yaa right, i think 47K for a netbook is jus not worth the money..
