I wanted to buy a Digital Tablet and was wondering what size would be adequate for making animated movies(drawing and stuff) & it should be hopefully between say 2000-3000 Rs.

you will have to check with dealer, in 2-3K very small digital tablet will come

I have seen 15 inch plus tablet with a friend costed him 17K, lesser than price he had found in US as the dealer had old stock.

Ya i would love to own one of those but those are too expensive some even act as monitors which makes it all the more easier

if you can , then go for a wacom graphire series..even a 4x5" will do.this will cost you around 4500/-..i have used this tablet & believe me its a lot better than iball or other cheap brands.screen size doesn't really matter because you won't be drawing directly on the tablet but using it with some program.its just like drawing with a mouse in paint or photoshop but with much greater control.
