Help : Strange problem with my system.

I have a system with following config :
1. intel G965RY
2. intel C2d e4400(2 GHZ)
3. 2GB DDR2 RAM
4. LG DVD writer.
5. Seagate 500GB HDD
6. Nvidia 8600GT graphics card

the problem is that when i switch on the system It gives 3 beep sound and nothing happens. I checked it on net and found out that the 3 beeps indicate Memory Problem. So i changed the RAM modules but to no avail. But sometimes when i take out all the components and re-assemble it, the system runs and after that again if i start the system the same problem comes. What may be the problem... Please help.

The culprit is your motherboard --> 965 ry
i have the same mobo and i have to get it replaced 3 times in last 1.5 yrs.... 2 of which are memory slot issue.....
I have noticed that the the problems arises with intel original motherboard whenever you ad some cards like TV tuner and graphic cards.... else they were really good motherboard.....
Watch this strange problems with my motherboard.
I am having this issue but couldnt find a solution.
