Default Which LCD to buy?

Hello,

I am using an Asus N6200 (256 mb). I want to upgrade my aging comp by buying an LCD. The graphics card is pretty sad but I don't play any new games so I am not worried about it. I just want to be sure that if I buy the LCD it will work with my current graphics card.

Also could you please suggest the best size LCD (ie 19, 20 & 22) for me that will work without any problems with this graphic card. IF the biggest size LCD will work with my GPU then I might buy it depending on the price.

Thank you very much!

i like the Viewsonic, its gr8 and price is pocket friendly.

i think going for 19 widescreen is good enough, if u are tight on budget 16" wise is also good at that price/

Is the LG screen really that good? I think the price of the Dell 19 inch is around the same price so which one is better? Also will my graphics card (Asus N6200 AGP) be able to support this LCD and its main resolution? Thanks!

Monitor to be used for TV viewing

Hi.
I need to upgrade my current desktop. I plan to buy a 19 inch or 21 inch LCD monitor which I can also attach to my Tata Sky
set top box and view TV on. (Budget for Monitor 15-20K)

Can you please help me with reccomendations about,
1. Is it advisable to use monitor as TV?
2. What is the hardware that I would require for TV viewing, and approx how much will it cost?
3. Please reccomend me with a few good models of monitors, & whether they are easily available at Lamington road Mumbai?
