Going Phenom.

My Uncle wants a new computer for home use. And i took the responsibility of providing the limelight. The machine will be used solely for home use & may be music. And almost no gaming(Casual at most). The budget is Rs. 30k & can be stretched to 35k(at most).

I choose the following:

CPU: AMD Phenom X4 9550.
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-MA78GM-S2h.
RAM: 2X1 Gb 800Mhz.
HDD: Seagate 7200.11 500Gb.
OM: LG Light Scribe 20X.
CAB: i-Ball Gamer (with PSU).
KEY-BD+MOUSE: Logitech Multimedia Pro Desktop.
Monitor: Dell 1708 FP(17'')
SPKR: Altec Lensing BXR1121.
UPS: Numeric 600VA.

Now here are my questions:
1) Should i choose AMD 790GX Chipset(Biostar) over 780G ?
2) Will the i-ball gamer PSU enough to power the machine?
3) Will everything come under 30k ?
4) Suppose i am not able to find phenom, should i go for 64X2 or C2D or C2Q?


NOTE: This machine will build in the 2/3rd week of Feb.
Any improvement brought to this configuration will be deeply appreciated.
