Can we use Connect modem for BSNL Broadband...

Hello dear friends,
friends i want to know that can we use the connect adsl2+modem to run the BSNL broadband. BSNL modem is actully adsl2+router. I have tried but it is not working. I means the link light shows ok but when i try to connect the internet the attached pic. message appears. i know that there are some setting too of these modems by accessing the 192.168.1.1 ip address but i am not able to find that which should i need to change to make the connect modem work for bsnl broadband. So please help me...

yes type - 1 modem.. having one ethernet port and usb port!!
