Unhappy Dead Hdd

guys i recently brought a new 500 gb seagate HDD, bt in a few days it went of working, and now it cant be detected as a usb device also, i cant run it, i will get a replacement from the company as its under warranty bt all my precious data is lost, i want to know is there a way to retrieve the lost data. the drive is not being detected in any way and not running and only way to retrieve data is hard copy recovery , i checked the seagate site and they offer a data recovery method bt unluckily its not available in India and its too costly also approx $600-$1000 and then postal charges extra, i cant spend that much money on that , so i want to know is there any way or any other company in India that do the same work , or anyway to get it done.... as m dying to get my data back epically family pics and other personal stuff which i dint had any back up off

i hope to get a positive reply in here.. plz help me out

Where do you live??

New Delhi -- Nehru Place.
Mumbai -- Lamington Road.

You'll find a number of shops which do only recovery jobs!! I've been to Nehru Place and seen such shops. They'll be in your budget too...

well i live in Jaipur, bt i can go to Delhi with no prob, jst if u could let me know names or address of such shops and the fee they charge.. it will be great...

1 more thing i am afraid of is, wont they break my warranty period which is still 5 yrs, as they are not certified from company, cuz that way i will need to buy a new HDD. jst asking

This is insane, u want everything at a time. Its not possible in real-time scenario. Prioritize ur needs.
What is more important to u? HDD or ur Data?
