cheaper alternative to mobo replacement

my notebook (hp pavilion tablet pc tx1003) got bursted a couple f mnths ago...

reason is still not specific....it turns on n powers off immediately....or at times turns on but no display or sound or nething.....just d lights glow up....

hp service ppl sed either a mobo or a displ card replacement needed....n wud cost more than 13k fr eithr..."putting another 6-7k wud get me a new lappy"....

so guys plz help me out...i need a cheaper soln.....cant afford dis much fr repair....

guys plz reply.....i wanna know can i get my mobo ic replaced instead of gettin d whole mobo replaced....n any advice for reliable dealers in bangalore.....thanks
