Tirupati's service in mumbai

guys..im thinking of buying a palit ati card..and afaik, tirupati provides service for them...so thought of asking you some q.
1. in case my card breaks down, where would i have to take it? i know they have an office in vasai,but since that seems far to me, is there any other service centre?say, at lamington?
2.how is the service actually? i.e. promptness, helpfulness etc?

Tirupathi is pretty decent and prompt. In 1-on-1 swap warranty products like corsair you do get a new replacement in 5-1 weeks time. You can just give it to your dealer and they will forward it to tirupathi if you cant go to them.

In B'lore i get excellent service from tirupati here...i got my gfx card replaced twice from then within 2 days each time....Also got my 500W PSU replaced in one day and all the new products i ask from arive in less than 4 days.
