Default W.D or Seagate HDD

Hi guys.monday im going to assemble new pc..jus wanted to know which HDD i should go for..
today i asked price of seagate .it costs 3300/- for 500gb in one shop
W.D was not available there.
In another shop W.D 640gb HDD cost 3500/-
I heard W.D ll get BAD sectors,
guys tell me which one i should purchase.
Seagate or W.D?

As far as possible, try to stick with WD. Currently, WD has better HDD's as compared with Seagate.
You will get the same warranty on both HDD's.
Performance wise, WD is always better.
You get a 500GB drive for Rs.2850/-
Don't buy from a shop which overcharges you...

i dont think i ll get it for 2850/* in manglore
