mtnl type 4 wireless router

i just get mtnl type 4 wireless router. There is no company name on the router itself and on the box.

On the router there is only written HG520 can any one tell what is the full form of HG
or which company makes this wireless router.


And please also tell me from where i can get the updated firmware of this wireless router

I have the same router..i just want to know the company's name..
On 192.168.1.1 page, it shows the name TRENDCHIP.don't know if thats the company or not..but if i look for Trendchip on portforward.com, it lists my modem right there..

and to upgrade the firmware just open ur router in internet explorer by typing 192.168.1.1 in the address bar and then go to Maintenance>Firmware..i think u can upgrade it from there but i wouldnt take any risk..mine works perfectly fine and this is the latest modem too..so preferably the firmware is already up-to-date..
