Default Restart Problem

I hv a restart problem in which the computer sometimes restarts after running for a while or freezes after a while or does not start at all, rather in the last case the power led blinks continuously while making beep sounds (the frequency of beeping is quite fast)
the last indication made me consider as a hardware problem...
plz help

Check the SMPS fan or do a clean up with a paint brush in your cabinet. It happened to me also once that there was so much of dust in my cabinet that it stopped working. After cleaning up everything went smooth and fine.
