Default PC bootup problem

hi all,
recently my pc is not booting.when i press power button,processor and smps fans are rotating and LED's are blinking and then both fans are restarting itself..after few seconds,it's once again restarting..I dont know whats the problem??


please help me...

Looks like your wires connected to the mobo are loose. Tighten them and check your processer and the fan.

hi!!! iam facing a problem with my sys!! i have 250GB & 500GB SATA drives but my sys fails to detct wen both connected!! i have installed XP & vista in the 250G drive! pls help!
