pendrive delayed write error

I've have this strange problem in my transcend V30 4gb pen drive.During copying when the pen drive reaches around 1gb i get this error.

"{Delayed Write Failed}
Windows was unable to save all the data for the drive i:.
The data has been lost.
This error may be caused by a failure of your computer hardware or network connection. Please try to save this file elsewhere."

When i try to delete that file i get write protection error. Kindly give some solutions.Thanks!!

A dying pen drive OR a loose connector. I got the same error on my hard drive when the power connector was defective.

are you copying single large file or files of varying small sizes?

files of size 700 mb...

I tried in different systems & i get the same error...

your pen drive is going to die. If it's in warranty replace it. No other option

format ur USB .... i had done this too when i got my friends drive giving me that error just few days back & it was working after

and the cause of this is surely that its gonna say you bye bye anytime soon.

better format using command prompt

command: format x:

(Where x = Name of Your Pen Drive's Drive Letter)
