Suggest a PSU & Cooling System

You can count in the following:

Core 2 E4600
DG31PR Mo-bo
HD4850 GFX card
320GB HDD 7200 rpm
1GB x 2 DDR2

I can spend around 5k - 7k for PSU. I am also looking for a good cooling system, I can spend around 3k for that.
Please suggest.

A CM-500W psu should be enoughfor that config...costs 2.8k
Go for the Thermalright ultra 120 extreme for the cpu cooler...costs around 3k i think OR you can use the saved money on the PSU and go for CM-Aquagate S1 water cooling.(not sure about price..around 5k i think)

My vote goes for corsair vx450 psu which costs 3.9k and sunbeam core contact freezer for around 2k and comes with a fan and tuniq tx-2 thermal paste. 33 amps with 80% efficiency and 5 years warranty- cant beat that in any 400w (yet) with kind of fire power.
