Default Keyboard Volume Up Key Not Working


Hi,my keyboard volume key is not working. i can decrease the volume using the volume button,but i cannot increase the volume using the volume up button. it is working but i don't know why i cannot increase the volume using the key. i pressed the volume up button and there was no hardware problems. i tried setting the controls in the control panel but it is still not working. please HELP ME
