All Downloads Corrupt ! Need urgent Help

Dear Friends i have recently Purchased new Wireless Router which connects to my existing ADSL Router and provides Wireless Facilities .

I Used Express Setup (something like that) it easily updated its firmware and Everything was set up fine .

But since then i noticed that everything i download from internet is corrupted . no matter what it is RAR ZiP or anything , (Some small files work fine)

I thought it might be problem of my System but When i tried to download Apps from App Store or Installer it Corrupts !

I am dammed now i tried searching google

i found that Disabling network firewall may help , i am unsure how to do that

Go to control panel Network connection->right click on Wireless Network Connection->properties->Advanced->settings->check Off(Not recommended)

U can also try repair option in winrar to repair the zip and rar files

Did you by any chance turn of encryption?

i have disabled SPI firewall and turned down MTU to 1400 still no help

THere is no Wireless connection option , i have set "Always on" mode
