Core temperature overheating or not?????

Hai.....

I'm using Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 processor with Intel stock cooler.
My question is when i play some games the core0,core1,core2,core3 temp reaches 70-75 degree's and in normal state it reaches 55c-60c... is this is a problem????
I'm using Real Temp to monitor the temperature.

which motherboard do you use ?
have you overclocked your PC by any chance ?

Motherboard ZOTAC 610i-value.
No, i never overclocked my PC and i don't want to overclock it.

change your thermal paste and reseat your heatsink.that would do

Ya you are right...i think i should check my heatsink and thermal paste...
But one question.. is it ok to apply different thermal paste over old one???
Is there any difference between the different thermal paste?....if yes which one is better??
I dont want to change my stock cooler... because my PC is brand new....
Will my PC work fine with the stock cooler??

Remove old thermal paste completely and use Artic silver 5 its known to reduce temps over normal thermal pastes.
