Help Urgently PC Not Starting....

Hi Friends,
I have the following config
Intel C2D E4500 @ 2.20GHz
Intel D946GZis
Dynet DDR2 2GB + Dynet DDR2 1GB RAM

My PC is not starting....before shutdowning I had changed the RAM timings from 5-5-5-15 to 4-4-4-12 as I heard in an tutorial....I changed the RAM Timings and restarted the PC..After restarting the PC the screen is blinking and there is no process furher...nor the keyboard light is turning on...

I opeaned the CPU and removed the CMOS battery and put it again....still there is nochange....I also Removed the RAM and put it again but there is noo change....I tried to start the PC with one RAM each...but still there is noo change.......

PLS HELP ME GUYS.....HOW CAN I START MY BACK TO NORMAL......
PLS HELPPPP GUYS ANY SOLUTION.

Did you atleast leave out the CMOS battery for 2mins?
Can you go to the BIOS screen or can you see the splash screen which sais "intel"?
Try your RAM on another computer if possible.
