Default X4 9750 or Intel QC

I want PC for Gaming & HD movies. I am confused between AMD & Intel.
suggest me good configuration with price.

Right now I m thinking of following configuration.

AMD Phenom X4 9750
ASUS M3A32-MVP Deluxe (AMD 790FX / SB 600 Chipset)
What would be the price in Ahemdabad for such combination.
