Default 800MHz Dual Channel RAM on Intel D945GNT

Guys,
I have an Intel D945GNT MotherBoard with 1GB RAM, CPU-Z shows that its DRAM frequency is 266.7
btw, My sister got me a OCZ Platinum Revision-2 - 800MHz Dual Channel (2*1GB) from the US. Intel's website mentions that my motherboard has Support for DDR2 667, DDR2 533, or DDR2 400 MHz DIMMs ..
So, will the RAM modules work on my motherboard?? .. If so any performance loss or any problems I might be expecting??

Thank you.

bump...

Yes they will work. But 800MHz will work on 667MHz because of your mobo.
